The story of Nazar Profiterol began in 1946 when Haralambos Dados opened a small patisserie in Istanbul's Kurtulus neighborhood. For over eighty years, this tradition has been carried forward by three generations with the same passion and dedication, making Nazar Istanbul's most established profiterole and eclair manufacturer.

From that first shop in Kurtulus to today, Nazar Profiterol has grown while preserving its commitment to flavor in every generation. Serifali Production Facility: Daily Fresh Production on 3,000 sqm

Today, at our modern 3,000-square-meter production facility in Serifali, everything is made fresh from scratch every morning. Using real chocolate, fresh dairy cream, and natural ingredients, we produce profiteroles, eclairs, supangle, tiramisu, and a variety of pastries — all delivered to our branches and customers the same day via cold-chain logistics. No product is ever carried over from the previous day.

Our branches in Kurtulus (since 1946), Ziverbey, Suadiye, Kavacik, Maltepe, Serifali, Maslak and Acıbadem serve both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. Every branch upholds the same flavor standards and fresh production guarantee.
